Most orders that are received by Wednesday 3:30pm are being processed the same day. Take note that holidays severe weather, sales and holidays may delay the delivery of time sensitive packages.

The package will arrive within 3 to 5 business days of shipping. Postal carriers will inform you of a date for shipping but it isn\’t guaranteeable.

Our highly-skilled warehouse staff will pack your items as per our exact and exact specifications. The warehouse team will wrap the products to meet the exact specifications of our company.

Returns Policy

Policy is valid 45 days. However, after 45 days, you\’ll not be eligible for any exchange.

Your item must not be used and remain in the same condition as when you initially purchased it in. It should be returned to you in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Your item will be received via an email. You will receive an email whether the item was returned or rejected.

If you are accepted, the refund will be processed within seven working days. The credit will then be applied automatically to the initial payment method or credit card.
