About Joli Jewelry
Joli Jewelry was started by Jody Lyons in 1984. Inspired by her love of the styles of the 1920’s-1960’s and her childhood fascination with her mother’s and grandmother’s jewelry boxes, she began designing pieces for herself while still in college. She was soon discovered by local shop owners in the West Village of Manhattan and began creating her jewelry line. Years later she pursued her interest in psychology in graduate school at Columbia University but was compelled to return to jewelry design. Today her jewelry is sold in boutiques, specialty stores and museum shops around the US, Japan, Hong Kong, the UK and Europe.

These warehouses are in Europe in the same way as they are in the USA.

We will thoroughly inspect all products before they are shipped. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. You may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.
In order for your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
